My Voice Experience

For the past several years I have created radio advertisements and station ID's for paranormal radio shows on the Internet. I've done commercials for various paranormal investigation teams, audio software companies, retail outlets, radio programs and more. I have also done VO work for gothic/ambient music producer Virgil Franklin on an interactive game/comic book DVD. I am the creator (and voice) of two radio characters, "Betty and Mildred". Their adventures have been featured on the Haunted Voices Radio Network.

My Training

I took theater in school, but other than that I simply got into radio by working on a website that developed an internet broadcasting show. I would occasionally co-host and call in doing "funny voices", much to the chagrin of the listeners. They began requesting certain characters, and from there I started creating commercials and other media advertising.

My Studio Equipment

I use Acid Pro for editing/recording and have a vast catalog of sound effects. I occasionally read from scripts, though most of my work has unscripted. I am currently using an Alesis mic (16-bit / 44.1– 48kHz audio)

Additional Skills

I also create web pages and work in graphic design/digital editing. I have been a paranormal researcher for seven years, so my interests vary greatly. I'm fun and energetic!
Again, I am capable of writing scripts as well.
