Multilingual expert. My voice skills range from a
professional, journalistic or corporate delivery & tonality to anything in between, including playful, over-the-top, authoritative, commercial, interpretive and story-teller.
My voice can be straightforward and professional, (i.e. knowledgeable), warm and kind, deep and pensive, serious, silly, youthful, musical and adventurous.
SPECIALTY: Reading anything that tells a story and copy-heavy texts. Can interpret and deliver smooth narration for historical, literary, medical, scientific, legal and other kinds of texts involving difficult-to-pronounce words and names.
I have provided voice-over services for commercial radio & TV spots, TV documentary programs, news, educational videos on health, science, environemntal protection, medical procedures & nutrition, children's library/literacy programs (predominantly Latino/Hispanic/Brazilian markets).
I speak five languages fluently. I can "fool" anyone with a perfect English accent (upper class & cockney), American Southern, Yankee and English with Hispanic & French accents. I can also do a nice Caribbean dialect (i.e "da islands, y'know!"... Barbados, Trinidad, Jamaica, etc.)
I can speak Spanish with a Mexican, Castilian or Caribbean (Puerto Rican or Cuban) accent.
I speak beautiful Brazilian Portuguese as well as French & Italian. I interpret scripts creatively and have over 20 years experience both receiving and providing audio direction.
Additionally, I've been singing for many years. My repertoire includes jazz, Brazilian & Latin American folkloric music, children's music and classic standards among other genres.
