My experience includes doing the voice over for In The Life--an American Public Television news magazine devoted to lesbian and gay issues. Working as a singer in New York for the past five years I have recorded many songs, with several bands and the album "Down and Out in Shangri-la", with the band Changing Modes. I have also done in-store announcements at Kate's Paperie in Soho and read many a children's story to New York City Public School students.
I have a high school diploma from Interlochen Arts Academy, Interlochen, Michigan--where I studied scene work, character development, voice and movement. I also have a bachelor of fine arts in acting from Ithaca College of Ithaca, New York. At Ithaca I learned more about acting, dialect training, International Phonetic Alphabet, directing some French and dance.
I possess working knowledge of the Zoom H4n and am able to upload mp3 or wav format files.
