This is a about a bright creative recently retired woman who realized that her experiences in life could help her with a voice over career. Prior to my voice over career, I was an elementary teacher who enjoyed reading to young children. I kept my students involved in the story by using different voices for the characters. Beside keeping children involved in stories I kept adults involved through lively workshop presentations. I now use my vocal talents for phone messages and voice mails, (She's it), Day Care Foundation, medical commercials, and videos Seba Enrichment Academy, on the web.
I obtained my Bachelors Degree from Cornell University in Sociology, Masters Degree in Elementary Education from West Chester University and EdD from Immaculata University in Education Leadership. I took private piano lessons and performed with various choirs in New Jersey. I took singing lessons at Manhattan School of Music in New York. Voice over classes through Voice Coach Premier Program. I also took classes and workshops with Rob Holt of Voiceboxvoice over who is a voice coach and production director, Carrie Faverty of Sound Lounge in NYC and work with Jamie Muffett of Gardner St. voiceover workshop.
I have my own home studio. I have a Presonus microphone and a Presonus audiobox usb iTwo preamp and speakers. I am currently using Audacity as my recording and editing software. I have an Asus computer..
I can use Skype for production conferences as well as email.
