My voice work goes back to High School where my speach teacher told me I should get into broadcasting - He was a long-time local TV weatherman as well as High School english teacher. I've had several jobs as a DJ from parties to roller rinks and have enjoyed them all. In 2001 my other job had a contest for our voice mail system and I beat out several radio guys to get the gig as the "Voice of Horizon" Since that time I have done several web videos and instructional voice overs.
My training has all mostly been on the job. I read well and can navigate tricky technical wording. I am a trained audio technician and use those skills in post production.
My studio equipment consists of several mics to include large diaphram USB condenser mic. I have a 24channel analog mixing console with various effects processing capabilities. Also have various compressors and gates rounded out by a digital EQ processor.
